How to Return
- Visit the Royal Mail website and generate a free post label.
- Select your retailer as 'Savers Health and Beauty'.
- Make your returns label by selecting the package type and entering dimensions and weight.
- Enter the order number and select a reason for return.
- Provide your name, email address, and contact details.
- Print the label and attach it to the return parcel.
- Send the parcel to: Web Returns, Savers eStore, 17 Frenchgate, Doncaster, DN1 1PZ.
- Drop the parcel at any post office and collect the postage receipt for tracking.
- For in-store returns, download the returns summary from your Savers account and carry the original card used for purchase.
