How to Return

  1. Log in to your SamsClub.com account and go to the order details section under 'My Account'.
  2. Select the items you want to return and print the return label.
  3. Securely package your return item with all the accessories, documents, and packaging slip (if included) and attach the return label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearby US postal office to ship it back to Sam’s Club.
