How to Return

  1. Request an RMA via Online (For United States customers only), Chat, or Call at (888) 650-1544 to obtain an RMA label.
  2. Print the FedEx label.
  3. Keep all returned product in its original box or package. Write R# on a box or attach the RMA label if you are a smartphone user.
  4. Drop your package at any authorized shipper of FedEx and obtain a receipt for your drop-off.
