How to Return
- Repack the item in its original packaging or box.
- Contact a Backcountry executive (gearhead) to request an RMA number.
- Alternatively, generate an RMA number through your Backcountry account under the 'order history' tab.
- Attach the RMA to your package.
- Locate a UPS store and send the package.
