How to Return
- Disable security features like Find My Phone or cloud services.
- Back up personal and proprietary information.
- Remove confidential information, accessories, memory cards, or SIM cards.
- Factory reset the device.
- For in-store returns, bring the packaged item and original receipt to an ATT store.
- For mail returns, call customer service to initiate a return and receive a prepaid label, then mail the item with the label via USPS or FedEx.
